His quest for empowerment of both body and mind started from early childhood with Martial Arts. Today he is one of the highest certified Krav Maga Experts in the world. His lifelong expertise and skills are combined into a complete workout.

And strength gets someone to where he or she wants to be in life. Trojan Workout trains your muscles in the most optimal way.
A Trojan Set consists of an isometric, explosive and grind exercise. The same muscle groups are trained in a different way. A set follows the natural order by which your body and muscles respond to conflict and/or stress. The first reaction is a freeze response (isometric), followed by an explosive movement (the flight response). If fleeing is not an option, the body will prepare itself to fight which equals a grind exercise.
A Trojan Workout consists of different sets targeting all muscle groups and takes no longer than 30 minutes. We train you to become stronger, not tired. We work with Kettlebells, one’s own bodyweight and punching bags. Doing Trojan Workout two times a week is all the strength training you need. You will connect with your personal strength and energy, becoming palpable in your everyday life.

Martijn Bos has used his lifetime of experience and knowledge to develop a training method suitable for everyone: Trojan Workout. The book Trojan Workout – The Fast Track to a Sharper Mind and a Stronger Body, explains the method, its techniques and covers its origin. The book launched in 2019 in the United States and has been sold in over more than 20 countries.
His approach and method are brought forth from a combination of mental training, human movement sciences, strength training and more than 30 years of experience in the world of Martial Arts. Martijn knows from his own experience what it takes to stand strong in life no matter what the circumstances are. You get to share in this hard-fought knowledge. His mission is to help people gain insights and connect with their own personal strength.
