I started with strength training after a heavy car accident. After a couple of years of wasting time in regular gyms, I started body weight training, added kettlebells and started to become stronger and more flexible. With the Trojan Workout approach I found a possibility to manage it effectively in a shorter time. My incentive is to master the only thing that humans have to go with every day, the own body.
This is what forces me to go further and bring me and my students to a better condition. Life is movement, movement is life. Feeling great and standing strong is the ability to encounter every situation with self-confidence, no matter what the circumstances.
