Short bio:
Through all my life I´ve being very active and I´ve tried all kind of sports. Few years ago I got know krav maga and I became an Instructor and when I heard about the Trojan Workout I thought that would be a perfect tool to implement in a Krav maga class, I got certified as Trojan Workout Instructor and during the course I realized that it is much more than a workout system, it is a receipt to get stronger, physically and mentally.
What does “being strong” mean to you (mental and/or physical)?
For me, it means to be able to adapt to the circumstances, never stop.
