I have been very active throughout my whole life and I’ve tried all kinds of different sports and activities. A few years ago I got introduced to Krav Maga and I became an instructor and when I heard about Trojan Workout I thought that it would be a perfect tool to implement in Krav Maga classes. I got certified as a Trojan Workout Instructor and during the course I realized that it is much more than a workout system. It is the secret and recipe to becoming stronger, both physically and mentally.

Feel great and standing strong, to me, means being able to adept to all circumstances and never stop growing.
