Short bio: My name is Stephan Wattimena. I have an extensive background in strength training and martial arts. I have been a personal trainer and self defence teacher for over 10 years.  Besides being a senior Trojan Workout instructor, I am also an Expert 1 krav maga

What does “being strong” mean to you (mental and/or physical)? To me being strong is being able to cope with and overcome adversity. Both mentally and physically. Mentally by not allowing circumstance influence my state of mind (too much). Physically by being strong enough not to get injured and to heal faster when injured.
