I started with strength training after a heavy car accident. After a couple of years wasting time in regular gyms, I started body weight training, added kettle bells and started to be stronger and more flexible. In the Trojan workout principle I found a possibility to manage it effectively and in a shorter time. My incentive is to master the only thing that humans have to go with every day, the own body.
This is what forces me to go further and bring me and my students to a better body condition. “Life is movement, movement is life”
What does “being strong” mean to you (mental and/or physical)?
The ability to encounter every situation whit self-confidence, no matter what kind it is.
