My name is Mellanie Vonk. I started Trojan Workout Kettlebell training in 2019. I was so enthusiastic about the results in short time, that I did the instructor course Trojan Workout in 2020.
What does “being strong” mean to you (mental and/or physical)?
I’m not only want to be strong but also want to “feel” strong. So the combination of the trojan workouts and to work on my mental strength makes me feel stronger every day.
