Trojan Workout Instructor

Motivated and with a lot of passion, I am co-owner and senior instructor at Protect Invest together with my wife. I continue to develop myself constantly by following instructor courses worldwide and transfer this knowledge to my members at Protect Invest and clients with the aim that they become physically and mentally resilient and stand strong in life. After 6 years of experience with the Dutch Armed Forces including 2 overseas deployments and 22 years in the National Police (Emergency Unit) I work as a fulltime instructor at this moment. I provide trainings in the Netherlands and abroad in the field of physical and mental resilience. Not only the acquired knowledge, but more importantly the realistic practical experience gained in the past I like to pass on to my members and clients. It is for me an enormous drive to see people grow.

I’m an Krav Maga instructor since 2003 with the IKMA and made a transition to IKMF in 2012.

I am an Expert level Senior Krav Maga Instructor in the IKMF specialized in training for adults, kids, women, vip, law enforcement, director of the Dutch Law Enforcement Division, Trojan Workout Instructor, Practice Coach Predictive Profiling, Instructor de-escalation, Expert in Behavioral Analysis, Certified Close Protection Officer.

In 2021 I successfully finished the Trojan Workout Instructor course under guidance of Martijn Bos. The structure of the workout, as well as the effectiveness, the versatility, the functionality, focus and the warrior mindset is what makes it all complete. I’m happy to be part of this team.
