My life’s focus has been the martial arts. Starting as a 6-year old imitating Bruce Lee, leaping off shed roof’s throwing high kicks. I was a successful karate and MMA fighter before discovering Krav Maga, the combat fighting art of the Israeli Defense Force. Along the way I was a military commando, a successful businessman and I attained the highest IKMF Krav Maga certification in 2017. No non-Israeli has ever attained a higher ranking. In addition, I had been a high school teacher, college professor and featured cast member in a hit reality TV show…Marty Gallagher said, “Let me tell your story in your words.” The result is The Trojan Workout…my life to this point – plus a training manual for the Trojan Workout. I’m Martijn Bos
I began my journey as nobody from nowhere. A bullied frightened child, I found salvation through martial arts. I dedicated every waking minute of every day to improving my fighting skills and my bio-motor attributes. The Trojan Workout was born out of a need: I needed more strength, more raw power; I needed to feel strong. The Trojan Workout was devised to provide me that kind of strength. After perfecting and refining the Trojan Workout for myself, I thought, ‘wait a minute, this protocol – detuned and diluted – would be wonderfully effective for regular people.’ This is the genesis, the underlying concept behind my book. The modes and strategies used by the elite can and should be used by regular folks – same protocols with vastly reduced payloads.
